The WGEA National Data Explorer aggregates the information private sector employers reported to WGEA at a national level.
This includes the national gender pay gap, rates of employer-funded paid-parental leave and the proportion of women and men on boards and governing bodies.
Employers with 100 or more employees report to WGEA annually against 6 priority areas that can have a positive impact for workplace gender equality – called gender equality indicators (GEIs). The national Data Explorer also categorises the results into these 6 areas.
