Industry Data Explorer

Industry data explorer

The WGEA Industry Data Explorer allows users to view the employer results aggregated by each industry. You can also drill down into the data to view the results by employer size, division, sub-division, group and class. This allows you to do more accurate comparisons to similar employers.

The information on the Industry Data Explorer is based on 2023-24 private sector employer reports. Employers with 100 or more employees report to WGEA annually against 6 priority areas that can have a positive impact for workplace gender equality - called gender equality indicators (GEIs). The Industry Data Explorer also categorises the results into these 6 areas.
