The WGEA Employer Data Explorer contains information from more than 7800 private sector and 114 Commonwealth public sector employers.
Employers with 100 or more employees report to WGEA annually against 6 priority areas that can have a positive impact on workplace gender equality - called gender equality indicators (GEIs). The Employer Data Explorer also categorises the employer reports into these 6 areas.
Employer gender pay gaps for 2023-24 will be published here on March 4, 2025.
