WGEA is required to maintain a Privacy Impact Assessment Register which records details of the Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) conducted by WGEA since the Code came into effect in July 2018.
This register was last updated on 10 October, 2024.
Note: A threshold assessment is a preliminary assessment made to determine a project’s potential privacy impacts and risk level (including whether it could be a ‘high privacy risk project’ requiring a PIA under the Code), and therefore require the completion of a PIA.
