Workplace profile template which calculates actual earnings of each employee to their full year and full-time equivalent earnings for base salary and total remuneration. Requires additional data entry to perform the calculation.

2024-25 Workplace Profile - Unit level template

The Workplace Profile is an Excel worksheet designed to collect information about workforce composition, base salaries, and total remuneration.

  • The unit level profile requires less data to complete than the STP-calculated template
  • Employers must do their own calculations of salary/remuneration but have full control over the final figures provided for each employee.

2024-25 Workplace Profile - STP/Calculated template

The Workplace Profile is an Excel worksheet designed to collect information about workforce composition, base salaries, and total remuneration. 

  • The STP/Payroll file is designed for users with a sound knowledge of different payment types and terms relating to the way in which they are paid.
  • Using the file removes the need for manual salary and remuneration calculations to a full year and full-time equivalent amount as the template will perform this calculation.

2024-25 Workforce Management Statistics

The Workforce Management Statistics (WMS) is an Excel worksheet designed to collect information about employee movements, including appointments, promotions, resignations, and parental leave.

  • You must complete and upload one Workforce Management Statistics file for each employing ABN reported in your submission(s).
  • Please use the partnership version of the file below if your organisation has equity or non-equity partners.
