On Thursday 16 November WGEA hosted a one-hour webinar for reporting contacts to discuss the WGEA Executive Summary and Industry Benchmark Report. More than 500 people attended the event to learn more about the WGEA reports and how employers can use the data inside them to make meaningful change in their organisation.
Reporting employers now have access to download the Executive Summary via WGEA’s reporting portal and the Industry Benchmark Report will be available soon.
From November 2023, employers must share their Executive Summary and Industry Benchmark Report with their Board. Watch the webinar below to learn about the content of these documents, along with answers to questions you may get from your Board and other stakeholders. The webinar is for those charged with understanding and taking action on the state of workplace gender equality in their organisation.
